How we choose where we work

Drain Edge Rooter has one shop at 619 E South St in Rialto. We focus on cities we can reach in a reasonable time, so a sewer backup or burst pipe does not wait on a crew coming from across the county. Rialto is our home base. Fontana, Colton, and San Bernardino border it, and Rancho Cucamonga is a straight run west on the 210 and Foothill Boulevard. We also serve Ontario, Upland, Redlands, Highland, Loma Linda, Bloomington, Grand Terrace, and north Riverside, and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (909) 927-3194 and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

What the Inland Empire does to plumbing

Every city we serve shares a few challenges:

  • Hard water. Minerals build sediment in tank water heaters, scale up tankless heat exchangers, and shorten faucet and valve life.
  • Heat. Garages over 100 degrees in summer wear out water heaters and expansion tanks faster.
  • Older sewer laterals. Many homes in Rialto, Colton, and San Bernardino still have original clay or cast-iron lines that let roots in or build up scale.
  • Slab foundations. Most newer homes in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga have copper lines under concrete, where leaks hide until the floor gets warm or the bill jumps.
  • Santa Ana winds and soil movement. Debris gets into open cleanouts, and expansive clay soil shifts pipes over time.

Each city page explains how these show up in that area and which services help most.

Common questions about our service area

Do you have offices in each of these cities?

No. We have one shop in Rialto and serve the surrounding cities from there. We never list fake local addresses.

Do you charge more for cities farther from Rialto?

We explain pricing for your job before any work begins. Call (909) 927-3194 with your address and the problem.

Are you licensed in all of these cities?

Our California C-36 plumbing contractor license (#1078977) covers work anywhere in the state. We pull permits where the city requires them.

What should I do while I wait for a plumber?

For a leak, shut off the main water valve, usually near the front hose bib or where the line enters the house. For a sewer backup, stop running water and keep people away from the affected area. Then call us and describe what you see.
