North of the 60, around Euclid Avenue’s wide median and the older blocks near Holt Boulevard, many homes went up before or shortly after World War II. South of Riverside Drive, Ontario Ranch is still being built out, and those homes have modern plastic and PEX piping.

A lot of Ontario’s older homes near downtown have been remodeled more than once, so the plumbing in the walls may not match the plumbing at the fixtures. In the newer Ontario Ranch tracts, many homes are part of HOAs, and we work around community rules on parking, access and work hours.
